This one bedroom boardwalk view was is directly over the DVC Model room on the boardwalk. It was right next to Big River Grill restaraunt. Beautiful lake view. You could see a limited view the fireworks at night from the balcony of this room. It is not HA. It was easier to get to this room from the boardwalk if you used the back stair entrance facing Swan/Dolphin. When using this stair exit, entrance, it lets you out at the croquet lawn. You can easily walk around to Luna pool this way. We always got off of the boat from MGM at Swan/Dolphin, walked over the bridge and to the back entrance to get to our room. Second floor location was great, never had to use the elevators.
