TiW with 10+ diners

Anyone know how TiW works with more than 10 people in the group? I know it's capped at 10 for the discount. Will they still discount 10 even if there are more than 10 dining?

If another member of the party also has a TiW, will they just give the discount for everyone?

I am not sure of the answer but I'm pretty sure the discount cannot exceed 8 people. I have a feeling, though, that if you had two cards (different names) that they can split up the check into two checks.
