Recently Disney announced that the new BoardWalk eatery Kouzzina by Cat Cora will open to guests on September 17, 2009. Advance Dining Reservations are now being accepted and website WDWMagic.com has posted pre-opening menus. Links follow.

Interesting menu and very different from anything on property. We have a reservation for September. I hope to hear some reviews and see food pics before then, though.

Huh? I must have missed something about glass cleaning & Greek food...

DW & I are very excited about the appetizers. In fact, we were talking last night about maybe buying 4 or 5 of them + a desert or two and calling it dinner, bypassing the entrees completely! :rotfl2: We'll see how we feel in October. The lamb shank does sound intruiging, though...

In the movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding", the main character's father is an old school Greek who believes that Windex cures everything. So throughout the movie when they show him he always has a Windex bottle by his side...
