This is a studio (3015) and 1 bedroom (3017) that together create a 2 Bedroom lock-off.
The balcony for the 1 bedroom portion is large and offers a completely unobstructed view of the boardwalk. There is a second, separate balcony for the studio side. We could see The Epcot fireworks clearly from our balcony and we had a partial view of the Magic Kingdom Fireworks behind the Yacht and Beach Club.
The two units adjoin with a door between the living room and studio. This door is inside the unit, close to the balcony. (The 2 bedroom layout we had at BCV had the adjoining door near the entrance into the units).
We liked the placement of this adjoining door better because there seemed to be better flow within the 2br.
Everything in the unit was clean and complete.
The balcony is directly on top of Big River Grille and Brewing Works and across from the hoop toss, so all the sounds of the boardwalk were very present, which we enjoyed.
