Disney Vacation Club recently amended the Saratoga Springs Resort Condominium Association to add the first of its Treehouse Villas to member inventory. Among these public filings are a series of surveyor's plans which reveal many new details of these forthcoming DVC units.

DW & I want to stay in one someday too!!!

We don't have <human> kids, so I'm not sure what we'd do with the bunk bed room. I know two adult couples I wouldn't mind traveling with, but I doubt either would want the bunks, and I'd like for everyone to have a bedroom, rather than the fold-outs in the living room. No privacy for those people... Seems like a lot of points for just 4 people (or worse - 2!) but they are cool enough I might try them just the same... Maybe my brother or one of my two brother in laws will have kids and then we could 'stash' them in the bunks! :silly: <the kids, that is... ;)>

Might not matter, though. We don't plan to buy points @ SSR, so I wonder what the chances are of bagging one @ 7 months... Maybe in Sep. or Oct.?

I just got an email with a different artist rendering of the THV than I'd seen showing the amazing deck off the villa. Looks amazing!

While I'm sure the 360 tour which will eventually show up on the DVC Member site will be much better.....here is my little amateur video of the THV's model at the DVC preview center which I did on Feb 5. There were several people crowded around the model (which looked like a really cool doll house), so I had trouble lingering too long with the video.

Here's what I did get (give u a little idea of what they'll look like) :
