Does anyone know if Earl of Sandwich accepts the DDP?

They did at one time, don't know about currently.

I recall reading about people with CS credits to burn and used them at EoS to get an easy meal for their drive home.

By DDP do you mean Tables in Wonderland or Magic Your Way Dining Plan? It's no to the former and yes to the latter:

I know, for a fact, that Earl of Sandwich doesn't accept the DDE (or Tables in Wonderland) card. But Doug has us scheduled for lots of counter service meals for our March trip, and I'm thinking about the Quick Service DDP plan.

We have eaten there many times on the DDP. It's one of our favorites. One of the best deals around DTD for the DDP is Wofgang Pucks express. They are on the plan, and you get much better quality food than the parks and it is still considered a counter service.
