For those that bought resale

How long did it take to get your new deed? DH says that the copy that was sent to us is THE deed. I said it's not. It has the sellers' signatures that signed it over to us but it needs to be processed by the state of Florida and they issue us a new deed. Am I wrong? :confused:We closed in early June. Just need to know so I can follow up on it if need be.

The state has nothing to do with it... The deed you receive will simply be executed by the sellers and recorded by the county where the property is located. If you look at the top right hand corner of the copy you received, and see a recording stamp showing book, page, and instrument number- that would be a copy of the deed.

Hit accept adn tehn acknowledge on teh next page and put DIsney as teh Grantor, WIldcard. Put your Last name as teh grantte, exact match. HTH!
