Citing a “pretty reliable source” DVC resale broker Shontell Crawford, appearing on Lou Mongello’s The WDW Radio Show (http://www.wdwradio.com/) podcast, indicated that the forthcoming construction at the Disney’s Contemporary Resort will not be DVC villas.* Despite the concept art that has been posted frequently on the Internet and rampant rumors on Disney message boards, the unnamed source insists that any construction project slated for the site of the North Garden Wing will not be a Disney Vacation Club development.
